Whether you are seeking therapy to work through particular issues, want to enact changes in your personal or and professional life or you want to explore art as a tool for personal growth or to develop new coping skills; in my collaborative approach I meet you where you are and support you where you want to go. My sessions often include brief mindfulness exercises using breathwork and mediation, talking and art making. Some clients may only be interested in talk therapy and one day decides they want to explore painting or sculpting clay in session together. Spontaneity and exploring the unknown are my favorite things about being an artist and a therapist.
